DESIGNED & BUILT WITH RIDGECREST DESIGNS. Our team reimagined an existing home on this breathtaking lakefront property in Mokelumne Hill, CA. The many bathrooms in the home are tied together with honed Piedmont stone floor tile. Beautiful flagstone creates spa-like showers adorned with brass and copper exposed fixtures. A bunker-turned-bunk room for the grandkids features reclaimed oak built in bunk beds, blackout shades for sleeping in, and charming copper lights. The bunk bath was strategically laid out to be shared and still maintain 100% privacy. The dining room, formerly a sun room, overlooks the private lake and is the perfect spot to watch the sunset.
